Shipping policy

The moment you order from Loren The Label, we're already thinking about how to get your pieces to you smoothly. Our shipping process is built on three simple ideas: dependable timing, no surprises, and friendly support whenever you need it.

Delivery costs within Ireland are entirely on us, which means no hidden charges at checkout and no fine print to read twice. For now, we ship exclusively within Ireland, and every parcel is hand-packed before it leaves us.

How long it takes

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery usually takes 3–7 business days. Your order should arrive within 4–9 business days.

Daily cut-off

Our daily cut-off is 3:00 PM GMT, Monday to Saturday. Anything placed after that begins processing the next working day.

Tracking your parcel

As soon as your order is dispatched, a confirmation email with tracking details will land in your inbox so you can follow its journey home. Most deliveries arrive comfortably within the window above, though occasional delays can happen during busy seasons or because of weather or logistical hiccups. If anything affects your delivery, we'll keep you informed so you're never left wondering.
